Coffee Brews & Tattoos

Revelry Gallery welcomes Tonia Holm for her first solo show, Coffee Brews & Tattoos, which is a celebration of the two passions that have shaped her life: coffee and tattoos. Both have served as spaces for creativity and connection, providing a unique environment for inspiration. Her love for coffee began while she was stationed in Hawaii, where her free time was dedicated to working as a barista. This early experience has deeply influenced her coffee-themed artwork.

Her tattoo work draws from American traditional designs, a reflection of her eight years of service in the Navy. These two elements—coffee and tattoos—form a bridge between her personal experiences and her artistic expression.

Tonia's approach is guided by the words of her mother: “None of us are going to make it out alive, so you might as well do what you want while you’re here.” This philosophy encourages embracing what makes you feel alive—whether it's enjoying a cup of coffee or getting a tattoo.
